· Find out TV recycling programs that accept CRT TVs in your town. Most of communities provide this option but not all of them do this. If you determine to recycle your old CRT TVs, bring your old CRT TVs to recycling center or leave it curbside for collection.
· Search for CRT TV recycling centers in you town that accept old CRT TVs. You can search for recycling centers in tv.recycleplz.com by choosing TV recycling center of your state or your city.
· Visit a nearby electronics store because some of electronics retailer offers free TV recycling when you purchase a new TV through them, and paid electronics recycling to remove your old CRT TVs.
· Check with your TV’s manufacturer brand to see if they have TV recycling programs. If so, find out how to recycle your old CRT TV. You might have to mail back the unit or bring it to a drop-off location.
· If your old CRT TV still work, contact senior centers, youth centers, religious groups and nonprofits because they may need a TV.
